HELP appraises and sells dental and medical practices. I have personally appraised more than 1,500 health care practices and have been involved in the sale of over 400 practices since 1984.

My background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering; Masters in Business Administration; over 20 years of health care practice appraisal, sale, and transition experience; member of the Institute of Business Appraisers; Chairman of the national Practice Valuation Study Group; seminars and lectures to national dental societies; and four Table Clinic presentations at ADA meetings.
